I came to Chris when my 5.5 month old daughter had been waking hourly for over 2 months. She would also not nap in her cot and wouldn’t nap longer than 45 minutes meaning she was chronically over tired! I was beyond exhausted and I really couldn’t carry on much longer being so sleep deprived! I was nervous about any form of sleep training as I didn’t want to cause my daughter any distress. Chris’ approach is very gentle and although there were some tears my daughter was still comforted and supported through the change. She now naps incredibly well and usually manages 2 hour naps! She is also down to one wake per night for a quick feed then straight back to bed. It really has changed both of our lives for the better as we are both happy and rested! I just wish I’d done it sooner!

After two traumatic sleep training attempts we decided to take the plunge and work with a sleep coach. We chose the daddy sleep consultancy after hearing the success some friends had with their method and we loved the gentle, tailored approach. I was convinced our little girl (7m cosleeping plus a dummy) was immune to sleep training and we’d spend the rest of our days either with her in our bed or reinserting the dummy 100 times a night. But we hoped for the best. Dani listened to our goals, concerns and needs and reassured us it was absolutely possible to break the sleep associations and get her sleeping through the night and in her own cot. It wasn’t an easy 3 weeks but the support we had from Dani was invaluable. Without it I would’ve given up. But she was our cheerleader, encouraging us every step of the way and celebrating each small win. Now at the end of the 3 weeks we have a very happy, thriving baby who sleeps in her cot, without a dummy and only wakes once a night for a feed. We have our lives (and our bedroom!) back and will be forever grateful. Thank you Dani!

We reached out to Chris as our son had become dependent on milk to sleep, wanted to be rocked and hold hands if he woke up. We found a very inconsistent night often ending with our son in our bed or me sleeping on the floor holding hands. Chris taught us some very gentle techniques that enabled our son to settle himself. Now Alex will happily climb into bed and say goodnight and go to sleep very quickly and easily. We understand his sleepy cues and Chris has given us to confidence to understand and flex the schedule when we need to, such as on holiday or days out. What is extra special about Chris’ program is the ongoing support, when our son started pre school and stopped napping we really struggled to figure out the timings of our routine. Very quickly with some recommendations from Chris we switched the routine up and sleep went back to normal and now we sleep 6.20 - 6.20 every night! This has changed our lives, our son is more settled and happy and I get to sleep in my own bed.

Our son had slept like a dream at about 4 months, and we were feeling very pleased with ourselves. However, it had regressed from that point, and was getting progressively worse. But the time he turned 1, he would only go to sleep in our arms, and refused to be put down in his cot. At 14 months, he was waking up every hour or two in the night, and it often took 2-3 hours to get him back to sleep. Quite frankly, we were starting to go out of our minds. Fortunately, Chris was recommended to us by one of our NCT group. We felt very reassured by our introductory consultation, and decided to go ahead. “The best decision we ever made” feels like an over-used phrase, but absolutely the appropriate one here. Following Chris’s guidance, the results were near-instantaneous. As soon as Day 3, our son had added nearly two hours to his longest-ever sleep. He now goes straight down in his cot happily on *most* nights (we’ll take that..), and even on those nights when it’s harder work, he’s at least happy in his cot. We no longer need to cuddle him to sleep. And it might be 30 mins now; it could easily be over an hour before. He is now sleeping - and eating - much better than he ever had before, and his mother & I are both feeling SO much happier. And much less tired! We have Chris to thank for all of this. His methods have worked absolute wonders. He has a very calm and reassuring style, and we loved his “Comforting through Change” philosophy. We would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in the position we were in. Thank you Chris!

Chris has been our sleep saviour! He's such a warm, friendly, guy who makes you feel like it's all going to be ok even from the very first introductory call. We'd lost total confidence in our son's sleep after the 4 month regression hit. We were on our knees and knew we needed some help. After putting together a log of Oliver's sleep activity, Chris promptly came back to us with a tailored sleep training plan which was clear and structured. You have to really commit to the method and be super consistent but boy does it pay off in the end. Now we go to bed and actually wake up feeling like we've had some sleep (the dream!) And, if there are any wake ups in the night, then we have the confidence to know how to deal with them. This is a really great training method for your little one that we'd highly recommend. No 'cry it out' or any harsh training methods. A gentle and responsive approach that gets huge results. Thank you so much Chris for all your help and support.

If you are reading this wondering if you should purchase the programme, do it! I was very sceptical at first because any attempt of us trying to put our little one in her cot would result in screaming which I couldn’t cope with. We knew something needed to change and that we needed the help and structure to do it. My mental and physical well-being had really declined due to the severe sleep deprivation. Our 15 month old would take an hour to settle for bed, needing to be rocked or nursed. She would usually wake within 20-60 minutes and wake up to 6 times per night constantly wanting to be nursed or sleep in our bed. After our consultation with Chris, we were sent a very clear, detailed, individualised sleep programme which took a slow and gentle approach as our little one would always scream the house the down if we didn’t hold her. It was hard but not as difficult as I expected, there was crying but by the 4th night she was sleeping for 12 hours. 3 weeks on, she continues to sleep 12 hours in her cot; we put her down and walk out the room, no screaming or crying. I no longer need to breastfeed numerous times during the night as she stays asleep. She has her naps in the cot without any crying, something which we never thought was possible. Not only do I feel like myself for the first time since before she was born, our little one is so much happier and is even eating so much better during the day! We also have our evenings back and our sanity! Thank you Chris!

Our 8m old was waking every hour and needed rocking to sleep when we contacted Chris. He was great from the start, really understood our situation and put together and walked us through our personalised plan. It was clear and easy to follow and we saw improvement so quickly! The first night she woke a lot but settled quickly, by the third she was sleeping through and now we can put her down and she goes to sleep herself within 10 mins! It’s been life changing! Couldn’t recommend Chris enough!

It’s been a bit of a life changer for us! We were spending around an hour each evening desperately rocking our baby to sleep and going in a few times each night to an upset little one. Chris took the time to look through our routine and give us a personalised plan with a goal of eventually popping her in the cot, saying goodnight and being able to walk out. We followed the plan over 12 days. Not every moment was easy but Chris gave us great coaching so we had the confidence to stick to it and be assured we were doing the best thing for the whole family. Just over a month later, I’m happy to say that we now pop baby in the cot to sleep at 7pm and leave her room. She chats to herself and gets comfy for a few minutes and then drifts off to sleep by herself. She rarely wakes up overnight, and if she does, she either resettles herself, or on rare occasions we pop in for under a minute and she is back to sleep. Our daughter is getting much more sleep overall and much better quality sleep and is noticeably happier for it. As for us, we have evenings back! And lots more energy to focus on ourselves and our little one. I’m so glad we made the decision to do this and can’t thank Chris enough.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. The plan Dani gave us was very thorough and easy to follow and she was always available on whatsapp if we had questions. Within two weeks our 1 year old started sleeping through the night. We sought help because we weren’t getting much sleep, but actually it has done wonders for our baby as well. She naps much better and generally seems much more rested and energetic.

I cannot praise the Daddy Sleep Consultant enough - my days, nights and LIFE now resemble a normality that I thought I’d lost. My husband and I worked with Chris and within a day of having our one hour consultation and implementing some small changes our seven month old baby was sleeping better, going down for scheduled naps based on his awake windows (which Chris helped us to understand) and over the space of a few weeks going from two hourly wake ups to now just one a night. Chris is a genuine and caring father who makes you feel comfortable given his happiness to share his experiences so you feel like he’s been there, done that and got the t shirt. He takes the time to understand your goals and creates objectives based on these. It is truly a personalised service. Chris was also happy to help us to sustain the improvements where we would be travelling to a different country for two months and the transition has been smooth, with no changes to our littles boys sleep schedule as a result. My tips would be to throw caution to the wind, follow the bespoke plan Chris makes and you will see the improvements you want. My husband and I will forever be indebted to Chris.
